I had a great experience here, everything was brand-new, the location was MARVELLOUS close enough to East Station Hostel as well as the center and sightseeings. Lovely staff, suggested places to visit. The rooms were comfortable and beautiful with a closet inside, and family atmosphere. I appreciated sleeping 2 nights in this hotel.
The staff - some of them were a bit rude.

The location seemed magnificent near to the center. Moreover, it was near to a cafe with amazing buns and coffee at the corner, the Keleti Station and money exchange. The deluxe room we were provided was large.

Confusing and inconvenient check-in process, with no reception and having to call a number to gain access to the building. Unpleasant odors in the room, with dirty bed sheets and bathroom drainage issues.

I recently stayed at East Station in Budapest for one night. The double deluxe room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern furnishings.
